Our Programs

CrossFit

High-intensity functional movements. Constantly varied workouts that build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Suitable for all levels — every workout is scaled to you.

Barbell

Focused strength training with Olympic and power lifting movements. Build raw strength and perfect your technique under expert coaching.

Endure

Cardio and conditioning-focused sessions. Push your aerobic and anaerobic capacity with varied, challenging workouts.

Kids (4-7 & 8-13)

Fun, age-appropriate fitness classes that build coordination, confidence, and a love of movement. Safe, supervised, and social.

Super Saturday

A 90-minute community workout to kick off the weekend. Longer format, team vibes, and a serious sweat. Everyone welcome.

Fit For Life

Built for seniors and retirees. Low-impact strength, mobility, and balance work to keep you moving well, staying independent, and feeling great — at any age.

HVN Hybrid

Fortnightly class to build unbeatable fitness. Think Hyrox x Endurance. 60 minutes of high intensity, high output. Perfect if you are training for a Hyrox comp or just looking to add more variety to your week.

Pilates

Our Sunday Self Care. At HVN, we value Balance. A controlled, core-focused session to build strength, control, and mobility. Held the last Sunday of every month.

Gymnastics

Dial in your rig and floor skills with focused gymnastics coaching — from your first pull-up to handstands and beyond. Held the first Saturday of every month.
